"Power Passion and Purpose is so needed in the community. It's founder Tish Dolby has overcome many obstacles in her life while raising her two daughters on her own which makes it more personal to her. Tish the heart and compassion for those that have lost hope. She is determined to make a difference in women’s lives while helping to build self-love and believing that all things are possible. Her drive to advocate for women is so heartfelt. Tish is very transparent and that is important to be able to make others feel safe about opening up and sharing their truth.
She has been just that for me in my time of need. She always lets me know she is concerned for me and that is what makes her vision for 3p’s so believable. The way she shows her sincerity to others is God given."

"Tisha Dolby is a wonderful servant of God. She moves according to the spirit of God only through His prompt. An attribute that stands out for me, is her selflessness. Tish engages all her endeavors with others in mind. We love having her and her family here at Enlightened Ministry Biker Church."

"Tisha asked me to write a testimony regarding her mentorship and the work she has done in my life. It took some time for me to gather my thoughts and put them into words. I have known Tisha all my life and although we are not biologically related, she always served her role in my life as my older sister. I do not have a relationship with my biological mother, and she helped me become at peace with that. Her mentorship over the years helped me grow into a woman and the mother I am to my children.
Tisha served as an older sister and mother to me from early childhood into adulthood. She never missed any life changing moments that happened in my life. She showed me how-to walk-in heels, wear make-up, and always gave me the best advice. Tish never missed a formal from homecoming, Military ball, and my senior prom. The most memorable time she was there for me was 4:30 in the Morning on October 5, 2010 the birthday of my firstborn child. I was in labor for 12 ½ hours and she was there for every step of the way. I was going through a hard time and had a lot of stress because the father of my child was incarcerated. Through my pregnancy she was there every step of the way from hosting my baby shower to cutting my daughter's umbilical cord.
Over the years raising my daughter she always gave me he best advice when I went through hard moments of being a single parent. I always admired her for her strength because she always helped me while raising her own children. She really is the true meaning behind the saying “it takes a village to raise a child”. She was a major role in helping raise my daughter and me. When I birthed my son, she lived in California, but she never missed a call from me no matter how late or early her phone rang. Her knowledge and experience are so influential in my life and is important because it gives me foundation to how I want to raise my children.
Most importantly in my life Tish was my exposure to God. She was the person who always opened the door for me to come to church with her during her time in Pittsburgh. My sister taught me how to strengthen my relationship with God and showed me the stronger my faith is the less stressful my life becomes. Tish always knows how to answer my questions when it comes to faith and communicating with the Lord. Most importantly she taught me how to pray, read my bible, and talk to God. Life is not easy, but I know through God everything and everyone in my life serves a purpose for the better. Through God Tish serves the people she crosses paths with for the better and leads them to a relationship with God and healing."
